Pls Susan and Digby, give the guy some credit !

As you know the notion of civil list in France ( using the English modele) come from the decree of the assemblée constituante 9 juin 1790 and was for....Louis XVI !!!

The ‘dotation to the crown’ comes from another revolutionary decree of 26 may 1791.

The senatus-consulte, article 15, 28 floréal an XII only confirmed the lists, according the revolucionary rules.
