Most of the article deals with the way that Napoleon's police handled cases of homosexual activity (which was not illegal in France since 1791). I also found (and quote) a citation from Napoleon himself about homosexuality. As for the stories that Napoleon was homosexual, they are, of course, ridiculous -- on the same level as the accusations that he committed incest with his sister, Pauline. "Napoleon, Bisexual Emperor" is particularly bizarre; the author did not really understand the sources he read and had a strange view of homosexuality. In fact, he argued that Napoleon had homosexual feelings but said that he never actually acted on them!
