I would like to see citations and quotes if you don't mind regarding the other ordnance. Can you not provide at least part of Napoleon's correspondence on the Spanish issue?
Do you have any production records for the other ordnance such as the siege weapons and mountain guns and who had them and where?
These, I think, are valid and substantial questions. You've made too many errors in the past to my mind and sometimes you make broad sweeping statemtns that cannot, or you will not, support. A little substance might be very helpful and aid in what you are categorically stating to be accepted as both accurate and solid research. I am more than ready to accept it, but a little proof, vice merely stating it as fact, would be most helpful.
