This is a French pattern Briquette that was adopted by the Prussians in 1816. It could be a captured briquette or those manufactured. Probably the former. [Summerfield (2009) I: Chapter 2]

IR37 (5. Reserve Reigiment) was established on 12 December 1820 from Fus/IR35 (3. Reserve Regiment) & 11-14 Garrison Bns[Est 5 Nov 1816]. In 1860, it was renamed Fusiliere Regt (West Prussian) Nr. 37. It was stationed in Schweidnitz (1820-23), Bromberg (1823-28), Thorn (1828-31) etc... [Summerfield (2009) II: 159-63]
