Availability of artillery pieces and materiel ...
In Response To: staff needed for artillery ()

Paco,

Hi, Thinking about your personal interests in the Peninsular War etc, and depending upon the actual siege being undertaken, is it possible that the French could be using Spanish artillery and equipment to help with siege activities? If you're looking at Cadiz or elsewhere in Andalucia - given the difficulties of putting together a siege train, transport and logistics - is this not a possibility for at least some of the pieces used in the siege? Please let us have more details about your current research - this sounds interesting.

Best wishes

Anthony
