Digby's qualification of between "European Powers" would be essentially correct. But war resumed in May 1803 between Great Britain and France.

There was that French expedition to Haiti, the invasion of Hanover in 1803 (with a clash at Borstel 2 June), fighting in India against pro-French Indian Princes and the British operations in the Caribbean including taking Surinam in 1804.
