The complete Russian text would be helpfull as I see that the text refers to the Drabant corps ("drabantbi" being the genitive of "Drabant")

If it is this corps, than it is clearly not Russian, but Swedisch, and it could be that it is a uniform of a russian nobleman who entered service in Swedish service (probably in the Life Guards) in the late sixteenth–early seventeenth centuries and who was incorporated into the Swedish nobility.
In Sweden they were called "Bayors" (baijorer, a Swedish transmogrification of the Russian бояринъ ("bojarit",) designating in the early modern era all Russian noblemen in general.
