look at the website, not Steve's post. Steve cut and pasted from it, which seems reasonable to do, so his post was not a typo.
The name in the website is either wrongly transcribed, a variation used by Adye, or an error in carving the headstone. I was curious to know if Adye used Ayde or the hyphenated form as well. The website uses a hyphenated form, with the odd spelling. This is not a typo on the part of the website, it is a discrepancy. "Ayde" for "Adye" could be a typo. Using a hyphenated form is not a typo.
