Karl Anton Ernst von Bila (born 1741 in Hainrode, died according to Priesdorff, no. 1022, already in 1815 in Burg) was made Oberst-Lieutenant on 23 January 1794 and became Chef of the Füsilier-Bataillon Nr. 2 on 1 May 1794 (until its dissolution in the 1806 campaign). Since 8 January 1796 Oberst, he was made Brigadier of the Kurmärkische Füsilier-Brigade (renamed Magdeburgische Füsilier-Brigade in 1803) on 12 September 1797 and was promoted General-Major on 20 May 1801 (the patent being dated to 10 June 1801).
I couldn't identify "Christoph Friedrich Otto von Bila (1743-1819)" - maybe your source mixed something up with the Prussian general Christoph Friedrich Otto von Diericke, who lived from 1743 to 1819 ?
