St Petersburg Corps 1812 and 25th division

Hello Everyone

In Geschichte des Feldzuges im Jahre 1812, (vol1 page 168) Bogdanovic give the composition of a reserve corps (I understand it like that) composed of:
IR Voronej
2 Marines regiments
4 battalions from Finand
Mittau Dragons rgt
8 reserve sqns
1 position battery
1 light battery
4 artillery cies.

Total 10000 men.

But Voronej and Marines rgt were in 25th division? Isn't it? Were not the 25th ID with Steinheil? Mittau dragoons rgt too?

On page 342 he give a general Baschuzkii forming 6 reserve battalions for the guard and 18 for the Finland Corps. What about the 6 guards battalions? Where they engaged?

In that book it is said that St Petersburg units were 14 bat and 2 cavalry rgts. I don't arrive to find to which he refers. For the others I am OK, but here.... :-(

Have you some answers?

Thank You

Benoit Lucas
