In re: "a trail of bread crumbs" from a children's story. Others were able to follow their trail because the laid bread crumbs along the path. Pajol said where he went at the beginning of the 1812 campaign. So, it was hoped that we (i. e. all of us) could follow that trail and thereby find our missing town. Please, do not ask me about 'Dutch treat', 'Dutch uncle" nor even "in Dutch". For that matter, forget any mention of "Pennsylvania Dutch". My grandmother, may she rest in peace, made wonderful Dutch chocolate cake and Dutch apple pie. We love our Dutch ovens and Dutch doors. Nuff said. <;^}

We are working just as hard as you on this matter - because you are one of us now.
