We could grant Murat's with a more efficient use of cavalry - for example, by accompanying it with horse-artillery to smash anglo-germans squares.

But this is dubious, the charges seem to have revealed a lot of failures in the command and control chain - attack on sheltered, unshaken infantry, with no infantry support, extending to unsollicited cavalry units, no measure to siable ennemies'guns...

And Murat's result at Leipzig does not show a very skilled use of large mass of cavalry and reserves.

Concerning Ney's and Murat's ability at inspiring their men, they should be more or less equals.
