Proctor Jones and David Markham Receive Award

Napoleonic Alliance (USA) President Bill Hurlbutt awarded Proctor Jones and David Markham the "President's Medal" for service to the Alliance. Proctor Jones is a noted author and Honorary President of the Alliance. David Markham has served as the Editor-in-Chief and is current Executive Vice-President. Both are long-time members of the Board of directors. The awards were presented during the formal dinner of the annual conference in Williamsburg, Virginia.

At the same dinner, INS Awards Chair Donald Horward presented the Legion of Merit award to John McErlean of York University in Canada.
