Its About Time: The Frequency of the War of 1812 Magazine

A number of readers have inquired about the frequency of the War of 1812 Magazine, noting that it was not appearing monthly. Indeed, it has proven difficult to find the time to produce a monthly publication and as a result, this Magazine will now appear roughly every two months. This will allow sufficient time to properly prepare each issue and to ensure that each has a number of interesting and varied articles and features. As always, we are interested in hearing from anyone interested in the War of 1812, so if you would like to contribute, please contact the Editor.

It is with great pleasure that the War of 1812 Magazine introduces its Editorial Board. The role and composition of the Editorial Board can be found at The Editorial Board.

Writer’s Guide

It was intended to have a writer’s guide available for this issue, but like so many things, this plan did not unfold as anticipated. The guide is almost completed and should appear in the next issue.
