Detachments that could join in a convenient time to take part in the operations of the December campaign.
5th Division of Dragoons The 13th received, for its passage to Berlin, a detachment of 35 men coming from the dissolution of the foot dragoons to foot; a detachment of 50 mounted dragoons from the same source at Potsdam was obtained on the way on November 22. The 22nd received a detachment of 80 men coming from the dissolution of the foot dragoons, mounted in Potsdam was obtained on the way on November 22. The 15th received a detachment of approximately 100 mounted dragoons, leaving its large depot of Versailles from 12 to 15 September and arriving in Berlin during the last days of October. The 25th received a detachment of 150 men coming from the dissolution of the foot dragoons, mounted in Potsdam and starting out on November 10 (depot of Major Lambert). All these detachments constituted for the 5th division a reinforcement of approximately 415 horses, which could have taken part in the operations of December.
