Prussian Uniforms Published by Schiavonetti in 1806

In September 1806, the Berlin located publisher Schiavonetti started a uniform series about the Prussian army. Because of the forthcoming war only one part, with 6 plates were published. The plates were large and drawn by the famous artist Henschel.

The pictures have a lot of interesting details – e.g. all figures show correct drill positions.

The series has been published by Napoleon Online with permission of the Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek Darmstadt. An enlargement of all plates can be loaded via the picture links.
