French Council of State Decree on the Number of Men to be Called Up in 1811 from the Roman Department

Editor's Note: Two new departments were incorporated into France on 17 February 1810: Rome and Trasimene. The French Sénatus-Consulte recommended on 21 January 1811 the following men, from the Class of 1810, should be provided by each department.
