French Council of State Decree on the Number of Men to be Called Up in 1811 from Holland for the Navy

Editor's Note: The French Sénatus-Consulte decreed on 21 January 1810 the following men would be provided by each department. Those men born in the years 1788, 1789, and 1790 would be eligible to be conscripted. The men would report for duty in 1811.
