Peninsular War: Served with his regiment from 1812. Commanded
brigade 4th Division July 1813-February 1814. Wounded Orthez February
Other Service: On Walcheren 1809. Commanded a force War of 1812 on
Atlantic Coast of United States of America 1814. Captured
Washington, capital of the United States of America
1814. Killed in action at Battle of North Point 1814.
