Eylau: Precis Des Travaux de la Grande Armée
Another Medical Bulletin on the Duke of Brunswick: 22 October 1806
Another medical bulletin of the duke. (One does not know to whom it is addressed.)
The health of the duke improved much since the 17th; the fever completely ceased and the face is not swollen anymore; the wound is especially in good condition. One can decide nothing yet with this report as to when his sight may return, because the H. A. finds it until now impossible to open his eyes. H. A. would be in a better health without his concerns and the impression which these misfortunes made on his heart. All the means which one employs to distract him are useless. It is by this reason that one cannot yet positively answer of the life of H. A.
Brunswick on October 22, 1806.
