This Action is a part of the Battle of Viasma
Near Fiodorovskoe the Davout’s troops was surrounded by Russian troops. Miloradovich started strong artillery fire on them and from the other side Platov’s kasaks and the 26th infantry division pressed the French troops and made them leave Fiodorovskoe. The interference of Eugene and Poniatowsky created difficulties for Russians and made them open the road. Miliradovich took the position along the road to Viasma and started artillery and guns fire. This event was from 8 a.m. till 2 p.m. when Milooradovich with Platov and Uvarov attacked.
